These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and QS777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the QS777 website available at https://qs777.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering on, or using the QS777 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the QS777 platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the Services following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4.1 Information Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

4.2 Identity Verification

QS777 requires all users to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request is processed. Verification typically involves submission of a government-issued photo ID and may include proof of address and payment method verification documents. QS777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify QS777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. QS777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Subject to these Terms, QS777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the QS777 platform solely in compliance with:

• These Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein;
• All applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction;
• Any specific rules published by QS777 in relation to individual games, betting markets, or promotional offers.

All deposits to your QS777 Account must be made through payment channels currently available in the platform cashier. QS777 displays account balances and transaction values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7.1 Processing Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed where your Account has no pending KYC documentation requests outstanding.

7.2 Processing Times

7.3 Refused Withdrawals

QS777 reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, suspected terms violation, or pending investigation. In such cases, you will be notified by the support team.

QS777 may offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty-programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion and to these general bonus conditions.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount unless otherwise stated (e.g., a PKR 2,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires PKR 60,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

QS777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where such activity is identified, QS777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel related winnings, and suspend the relevant Account(s).

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the QS777 platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within each game or betting market.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by QS777. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where the bet would exceed maximum liability thresholds. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform.

9.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds are expressed in decimal format by default, with fractional and moneyline format options available in account settings. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. QS777 is not responsible for bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from manifest technical errors; such bets may be voided and stakes returned.

9.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, bet settlement, or bonus credit, QS777 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and restore your Account to its correct balance prior to the error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the applicable standard where game certification supports it.

9.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including those covering Pakistan cricket tours, PSL T20 franchise matches, ICC tournaments and other sporting events, are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the relevant market interface. QS777 references these sporting events as contextual sports coverage only and has no official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or any franchise or team. Market settlement follows published settlement rules, including DLS method application where applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the QS777 platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the platform if you are a minor or do not otherwise meet eligibility requirements;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner;
• Colluding with other users, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of sporting or gaming fraud;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after the related funds have been wagered on the platform;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible-gambling restrictions, including self-exclusion periods, using a new or alternative account.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a reflection period.

• Session Timers: Activate a notification after a defined session length to support regular break-taking.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QS777 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any loss arising from gambling outcomes, including but not limited to sports-betting results, casino game outcomes, and jackpot results;
• Interruption, delay, or failure of the Services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond QS777's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits QS777's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

QS777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform determines at its sole discretion that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required period;
• Your Account has been subject to a chargeback or payment dispute;
• You have requested Account closure or self-exclusion;
• Continued operation of your Account would expose the platform to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon Account termination for cause, QS777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Real-money balances that remain following the resolution of any investigation and the satisfaction of any applicable obligations will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, less any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QS777 holds its operating licence. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction.

In the first instance, any dispute should be directed to QS777's customer support team. The platform is committed to resolving user complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process, further escalation options available under the applicable licensing framework will be communicated to you.

QS777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, QS777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the platform interface or by email to the address registered on the Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the effective date of any changes.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and, if applicable, request Account closure.
